About MUD

The MUD Exercise Program of Grace Baptist Church is a free family friendly fitness program that actively participates in training for various 5k, 10k, and other competitive events for the glory of God. We use these events as both a spiritual and physical work-out.

Our main goal is to produce a healthy christian lifestyle in you and your family through fellowship & training. All ages and genders welcome. Children under the age of 18 "Muddy Buddies"will be required to be accompanied by their parents.

MUD IS FOR EVERY ATHLETIC LEVEL, AGE, GENDER, AND ABILITY!

DON'T LET YOUR MIND GET IN THE WAY OF A HEALTHY PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL LIFESTYLE.

ANYONE CAN BE INVOLVED. MUD Monday IS AWESOME, FUN AND A GREAT TIME!

TRAIN

Participants in the MUD Exercise Program will have an opportunity to experience many forms of cardio workout routines during the training sessions on Monday evenings. While most of the training is centered around calisthenics and running, we also have special guest trainers who bring a energetic and fun workout from their area of expertise (Marine Training, Tae Kwon Do, and more...)

*The physical workouts can be strenuous, you should consult your doctor before starting any physical training program.
